AI Showcase Privacy Notice

This notice explains how DataTip, s.r.o. processes information specifically when you use AI Showcase. It supplements the general privacy information published on datatip.eu.

Company profile
If you enter a company domain, DataTip reads publicly available text from that website and creates company signals with supporting quotations. The resulting company profile is not tied to your identity. We may retain it for 7 days; the self-service result remains available for 1 hour. A projection link prepared by an authenticated DataTip salesperson, which may include a sales note, expires after 30 days.
Generator and live demos
We use your selected answers and any text, image, audio or tabular sample that you submit solely to create the requested result. DataTip does not retain these inputs or live-demo results in AI Showcase after the request is complete. Do not enter personal, confidential or sensitive information.
Abuse prevention
The visitor IP address is used only to create a one-way hashed rate-limit key. DataTip stores the counter until the next UTC day. The raw IP address is not placed in the counter or in the AI Showcase lead e-mail.
Contact form
If you submit the contact form, DataTip receives your name, e-mail address, optional company and message, language, referral code and the temporary company-profile context. The data is delivered to DataTip by e-mail and kept only for as long as needed to answer the enquiry, continue requested business communication, or meet applicable legal obligations.
Purposes, legal grounds and recipients
DataTip processes these data to deliver the feature you request, answer your enquiry, secure the public service and prevent abuse. Depending on the interaction, processing is based on your request and consent or on DataTip’s legitimate interest in operating and protecting the service. Recipients may include DataTip’s hosting and e-mail providers and contracted processors. Processing may take place outside the EEA with the appropriate safeguards in place.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing where applicable, and you may withdraw consent for future processing. Contact info@datatip.eu. You may also complain to the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection. AI Showcase does not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
