UniCredit Leasing is a leasing company which is active in the leasing market since 1996 and is part of a financial group UniCredit. It is one of the leading players in the domestic market consistently placed within the top positions for several years.

Project features:

  • Consultation of HRIS (HR Information Systems) and HR Reporting & Controlling)
    • Simplification and automation of HR reporting
    • HR support projects during the period of integration of UniCredit Leasing CZ and UniCredit Leasing Slovakia
    • Analysis and design of the development strategy for the technical aspects of HR (HR Data Management, HRIS, HR Intranet, etc.)
  • Change Management System – The system allows you to manage the life cycle of all necessary changes while minimal disruption to IT services.
    The system enabled:

    • More flexibility in IT infrastructure and services, the ability to handle higher volume changes at a given time and a given source
    • A higher percentage make changes reduce the negative impact of the production environment
    • Better evaluation of the costs and resources needed for implementing changes
    • Advanced business perceptions of business informatics improved quality of IT services and professional approach
